UPGRADE PLANTS OF SANTA CATERINA MUSEUM FOR IMPRESSIONISM EXHIBITION | TREVISO | TV | ITALY

IMG1111

The Municipal Administration of Treviso identified the Museum crated inside the ancient Monastry of “Santa Caterina” (sec. XIV) as the most suitable site to host important exhibitions, at international level, of paintings and artifacts of greatest value.
To upgrade the exhibition rooms to host permanent and temporary collections, it was necessary to redesign all plants in order to ensure the temperature and humidity absolute constancy in every crowding condition. Moreover it was necessary to implement fire detection, burglar alarm, video surveillance and monitoring systems, to grant the maximum security level.
Dimensione Progetto took totally care of projects, construction supervision and Safety Management, making possible the exhibitions of “Esher” (2015 – 2016) and “Impressionism Stories” (2016 – 2017) by “Linea d’Ombra”.
